Reviews and Ratings
I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. While the staff were incredibly nice, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired, and the location was not the best for walking around. The breakfast was quite meager and not well-maintained during busy hours, which was frustrating. It was clear that this place is an older property that they’re trying to patch up without much investment.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, which served its purpose as a budget option close to the USC campus. While the staff were accommodating, I encountered several issues with my room, including maintenance problems and a less than satisfactory breakfast experience. The hotel was clean but had a somewhat rundown feel inside, and noise from the railroad tracks was definitely a downside. If you're looking for a simple place to sleep near downtown, this hotel might fit the bill, but there are some aspects that could be improved.
My experience at the hotel was very disappointing. I encountered serious issues with the smoke detector and felt unfairly accused of smoking in the room. The management staff seemed overly intrusive, ruining our planned getaway. I did not stay here even for a night, which was incredibly frustrating.
My stay here was mostly positive. The hotel was clean, and the staff were really nice and accommodating, especially the manager. However, the parking was a bit tight, and the location could use some improvement since it's not very walkable in the neighborhood. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would return.
I stayed at this hotel for a week while visiting the USC campus, and while I appreciated the location near downtown, my experience was mixed. The staff were mostly friendly, and one gentleman helped with repairs in our room, but we encountered several issues like a malfunctioning toilet and heater. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited options and early removal of food. It's a decent choice for a short stay, but not without its flaws.
